Big B has spent more than 20 years thinking, dreaming, sleeping and often times crawling over tens of thousands of square feet of vinyl. He can often be seen giving products the giant sniff test as if comparing them to fine wines. Known to go on wild blabbing tangents about the values and workings of Single ply PVC membranes, plasticizers and complex compatibilities between various products, those of you who can stand to listen to him ramble on and on will almost always learn something new.

No one at Tufdek has ever managed to do so much with so little, even those of us who have firsthand knowledge of the concept of "limited resources" are amazed at Shayla's performance. On any given day, anyone with common sense will stay out of her way as she seems to have no boundaries when it comes to delegating various tasks to clear her desk.

It's not hard to come up with something to say about this man, he is just a salt of the earth, hard working fool. If you have not met "Pete" it is unlikely you have had the opportunity to meet Jim. If you need something done or should we say anything done, then Jim is your man. He will get it done no matter how long or far he and "Pete" need to travel.
